Group Yoga Class

Hello all!

We are excited to invite you to our special group yoga class at Superbloom Studios; building on the insights and transformations from the previous week's workshop, this session is open to all, even if you didn't attend the workshop.

In this class, we will integrate the teachings and practices we explored, focusing on self-discovery and empowerment. Our intention is to deepen our connection with ourselves and each other, embracing the beauty of our unique journeys.

As always, our two adorable free-roaming cats, River and Ducky, may make an appearance. Whether they decide to curl up next to your mat or offer a playful distraction, their energy will add a special touch to our practice.

Expect a blend of asanas, silent, and guided meditations, all designed to uplift your spirit and soothe your mind. This class is perfect for all levels, so whether you're a seasoned yogi or just beginning your journey, you will find a welcoming and supportive space here.
