Flow for Peace

Flow For Peace is a donation-based class for those in devotion to Palestinian awareness, advocacy and liberation. Join us on the second Wednesday of each month for a strengthening and soothing slow flow.

Instead of paying for the class, consider sending your powerful dollars to one of the chosen organizations (Palestinian Red Crescent or The Middle Eastern Children’s Alliance), buying an eSim for Palestinians in need, or donate to Cityoga so that we can continue offering special classes like this! Palestine Red Crescent — The National Society’s mission is to provide humanitarian assistance as well as health and social services to Palestinians whenever and wherever needed. It works towards preventing and allaying human suffering, protecting life and health, ensuring the respect of human dignity, preventing disease, and promoting health, social care and volunteering both in times of peace and war as well as during emergencies, crises and disasters. The Middle Eastern Children’s Alliance — Amidst the ongoing attack on Gaza, MECA team and partners are providing emergency assistance to families who have fled their homes to seek shelter with relatives as well as procuring emergency medical supplies for hospitals and clinics. MECA's staff and local partners in Gaza are on the ground responding to the most urgent needs of children and families. Instructions for donating an eSim

• Download Simly from the App Store
• In the app, create an account
• Use the top search bar to find “Palestine,” select it
• Select data package, tap “Buy Now”
• Select payment method, acknowledge terms, & pay
• Once completed, wait for confirmation email with a QR code
• Take a clear screenshot of the QR code
• Email a clear picture of the QR code to [email protected] with the subject line: SIMLY eSIM

**note that it is possible for an eSim to expire before being activated.
