SLOW FLOW + SOUND | Park Yoga & Sound Bath

​Join us for a gentle & grounding outdoor practice designed to help you unwind, reconnect and land softly in your body.

​We’ll move through a slow intuitive flow ~ linking breath with mindful movement ~ before settling into rest, supported by a soothing sound bath. This practice is an invitation to soften the edges, regulate the nervous system and create space within.

​Whether you’re looking to release the day, reconnect with yourself, or simply enjoy being outside in community, you are welcome exactly as you are. No prior experience needed.

​Bring a mat or blanket, water and anything else to support your comfort.
