SLOW DOWN SUNDAY: YIN & GUIDED MEDITATION2 hours of blissful relaxation. ✨💕
The ultimate way to de-stress and unwind.
The session will start with slow paced yin yoga to stretch the body and release endorphins to encourage deep relaxation. This will be followed by a guided meditation. The final part of the session will be some very gentle stretching and pranayama to slowly wake up the body.

Suitable for beginners as well as regular practitioners.
