SLOW BURN is Tampa Bay's only Bachata and cigar experience. One night. One building. World-ranked Bachata instruction, a premier Latin DJ, and a premium cigar lounge on the outside patio. All of it in Lutz, Florida, for $5 at the door.

WHAT IS HAPPENING THAT NIGHT
Doors open at 7 PM with happy hour drink specials running until 8 PM. This is your window to arrive, settle in, and let the night find its pace.
At 8 PM, Jenny Marie takes the floor. Jenny Marie is a world-ranked instructor who has competed and placed on the international stage. She is teaching the opening lesson at this event. All levels welcome. Whether this is your first time on a Bachata floor or you have been dancing for years, you are learning from someone who has stood on the world stage. That does not happen at a $5 cover on a Thursday night very often.
At 9 PM, DJ Mike Sensation takes over. If you have been to a Latin night anywhere in Tampa Bay, you already know this DJ. He reads a room and he does not stop until the energy says otherwise.
On the outside patio all night, Tainas Cigars brings a premium cigar experience to match everything happening inside. Step outside, light up, and let the night breathe.

For people who appreciate a cigar and a drink and a night that has dimension to it. For anyone in Lutz, Wesley Chapel, Land O Lakes, New Port Richey, or anywhere along the Dale Mabry corridor who has been waiting for a Thursday night worth leaving the house for.

Do I need to buy a ticket in advance?
No. $5 cover is collected at the door in cash. No presale, no reservation, no advance purchase needed. Walk right in.
Is this event for beginners?
Yes. Jenny Marie's lesson at 8 PM is open to all levels. No experience required and no partner needed. She will meet you exactly where you are.
Is this event indoors or outdoors?
Both. Bachata is on the dance floor inside. The cigar experience with Tainas Cigars is on the outside patio. You move between both freely all night.
Is there parking?
Yes. The Drinks at 9 Bar & Grill has parking available on site.
Will there be food and drinks?
Yes. Happy hour runs from 7 to 8 PM. Full drink service all night.
Will this be a recurring event?
If the room fills up the way we expect it to, yes. But this is the first one. First nights like this do not repeat themselves.
