Slow and Low Yoga
About this Event
Join us on Monday evenings for a deep stretch and wind down. We focus on long holds, poses that relax and restore, and grounding to ease you into your week. We use bolsters, blocks and blankets to make this a practice perfect for preparing yourself for a relaxed evening. We get comfy and really stretch out, so space is limited to 6. ✨

Mondays, 6 to 7 pm, beginning July 27.
$120 for the 6 week series (last class is on August 31)
Limited to 6 participants

Registration required. Registration closes 24 hours prior to the event.
The registration fee is non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the facilitator.

Melissa Curran is a Licensed Massage Therapist and Yoga Teacher. She started her yoga teaching journey in 2011, and added massage therapy in 2017. Melissa brings care, knowledge and humor to her practices and loves connecting with clients and students to help them achieve their goals of healing, wellness and rest.
