Slieve Donard Hike

Hike up Slieve Donard highest mountain in the Mournes. Hike Begins at Donard Carpark. From here we head up along the Glen River Path. Weather permitting we should get some nice views during the Hike. We will reach the Mourne wall and make our final ascent of the highest point in Northern Ireland, time and weather permitting we will descend through a differnt route which weather permitting should give great views.

All participants must have reasonable fitness, come appropriately dressed for a day of hiking no jeans allowed. Make sure you bring plenty of warm clothing, waterproofs, a lunch, snacks and water a small flask containing a hot drink is recommended.

Walk is led by qualified mountain leader.
