Meet at Ott car park at 06:30am and ready to walk off at 06:45am.
We will follow the easiest route up to Doan which consists of a stony path and some bog and rock in places.
Sunrise is at 08:40am.
Our aim is to get to the top of Doan mountain 15minutes before sunrise.
This is a good hike for anyone who needs to get back home early as we could be finished as early as 10:30am.
Weather permitting there will also be the option to continue hiking for the rest of the day.
YOU MUST HAVE ALL THE PROPER WINTER HIKING GEAR!
We will be standing still for some time on top of Doan watching the sun rise and taking in all the beautiful scenery.
Bring food/water, plenty of layers, warm hats and those extra gloves!!!
And of course remember your head-torches.
