Each ticket includes:
Decorate 6 cookies with ClaireBakes, a Boston-based gluten free cookie business (celiac safe)
Enjoy gluten free pizza from Bardo’s Pizza (located inside Castle Island Brewing)
One drink of your choice included: wine, sangria, cider, hard seltzers, or non-alcoholic options — all gluten free
Gluten Free Safety:
Bardo’s Pizza follows careful gluten free protocols to keep things safe:
GF-specific pans only used for GF crust
Sauce and cheese portioned with clean utensils
Pizza goes to a GF safe zone after baking with designated tools
Gloves changed and prep areas designated to avoid cross-contamination
