2D Needle Felting 101: Painting with wool

Picture this: you, armed with a specialized needle, attacking a wool base like an art ninja on a mission to create the softest masterpiece ever. With a spectrum of over a hundred wool colors, you'll be the Picasso of fluff! Our instructor, the Yoda of felting, will be your guide on this fuzzy journey. Trust us, it's not just a workshop; it's a stabbing good time!

The materials fee for this class is $8 for consumed materials and the use of tools during the workshop. If you would like to keep your tools after the workshop, there is an additional $4 restocking fee. This instructor prefers payments through Venmo, Paypal, and Cashapp; cash is accepted.

Students will;

• Master fundamental needle felting techniques.
• Create a visually stunning 2D needle-felted masterpiece.
• Develop an understanding of design principles specific to needle felting.
• Gain confidence in troubleshooting common challenges.

1 4”x4” piece of felt base fabric, heat-transfer pens, colored wool, felting needles, and a Felting Mat.

A few reference photos or sketches of the design you want to make. *These can be physical or digital, so long as you will have access to them during the workshop.

All students must be 14 years or older. Students under 18 must be accompanied by and under the direct supervision of a responsible adult.
