Beginner Wooden Box Making

Don is an experienced box builder and has created over 4000 boxes he has sold nationwide at Arts and Crafts shows. Don was the owner and lead instructor of the South Florida Woodworking School. Don teaches at Woodcraft of Walpole and privately at his own shop.

Learn the basics in this fun one-day class. Create a box to take home while learning the fundamentals of joinery and exotic woods.

This class includes Tool Testing on the table saw, Band saw, and Belt sanders.

The materials fee for this class is $35. This will be paid directly to the instructor at the start of the class. This instructor accepts Cash only.

Basic box-making will be a prerequisite class for a series of box-making classes. Each class will incorporate a new skill level with the goal of allowing the student to design and create their own projects.

Students must be 16 years old or older; All students under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
