Is your teen turning nocturnal? You're not imagining it! Late nights and endless scrolling are all part of the teen struggle. There is hope!
About this Event

You're both invited to attend a free supportive and practical session designed especially for parents and carers of teenagers - we encourage teenagers to come too!

We’ll explore what’s going on in the teenage brain, why sleep can become such a battle during the teenage years, and how different habits and routines can affect the quality of their sleep.

You’ll come away with:

✅ A clearer understanding of teenage sleep patterns
✅ Practical strategies to support healthier routines without the drama
✅ Tips for setting respectful, realistic boundaries
✅ More confidence to help your teenager get the rest they need

The session will take place face-to-face at the brand-new Well Runcorn Hub, with plenty of opportunity to ask questions, share experiences or simply listen.

All parents and carers of teenagers are welcome.
