Join Hayley Square, Certified Holistic Nutritionist, for an evening dedicated to restoring balance through better sleep and nutrition on Tuesday 12 May at 6:30pm in Mona Vale.
This workshop explores the powerful connection between what you eat and how you sleep, offering practical strategies to support your energy, recovery, and overall wellbeing.
We will explore how the foods and drinks you consume impact your sleep quality, and how sleep in turn affects your metabolism, mood, and daily energy levels. You will learn what to be mindful of (including caffeine and timing of meals), along with simple, realistic morning and evening routines that support more restorative sleep.
We will also look at how to align your habits with your natural circadian rhythm, plus practical strategies to maintain steady, consistent energy throughout the day - without needing to overhaul your entire lifestyle.
Because this is an evening workshop, everything is intentionally designed to help you wind down. The session will gently transition into a guided full-body meditation, incorporating breathwork and relaxation techniques to calm your nervous system and prepare you for a deep, restful night’s sleep.
You will also have the opportunity to explore a curated selection of wellness brands and product partners, offering tools and resources to further support your sleep, recovery, and overall wellbeing.
