Step into the heart of an Italian kitchen and experience the joy of traditional Nonna pasta making with Ilenia Ianniello. This hands-on pasta making class is more than just a cooking workshop. It is a beautiful invitation into family, tradition, and the art of slowing down.
Ilenia grew up beside her Nonna, helping prepare long Sunday lunches for a large Italian family. Generations later, those same recipes and rituals live on, and now you are invited to be part of that story.
In this 2.5-hour immersive Italian cooking experience, you will learn how to make fresh pasta from scratch using time-honoured techniques passed down through generations. You will knead, shape, and create with intention as you discover the meaning of "impastare" – to knead with heart.
This is a warm, welcoming workshop where stories are shared, hands get floury, and connection comes naturally.
This workshop is designed to feel like stepping into an Italian family kitchen.
Expect authentic Italian music playing in the background, a playful introduction to Italian hand gestures, and a relaxed, laughter-filled atmosphere where everyone feels at home.
No experience is needed. This class is perfect for beginners, food lovers, and anyone craving a creative, soulful experience.
After all your beautiful work, you will sit down together and enjoy a shared meal featuring your handmade pasta, served with Ilenia’s signature Napoletana sauce.
Finished simply and beautifully with Parmigiano Reggiano, extra virgin olive oil, and fresh basil, this is food made with love, just as it should be.
At the end of the workshop, you will receive your very own "Authentic Nonna" certificate, a sweet reminder that you now carry a piece of this tradition with you.
