About this Event
Established for two years, the Red Kite Connect Sixth Form Advantage programme brings together Sixth Form Leaders from across the Yorkshire region with a sharp focus on improving school Sixth Forms and working together to enhance the outcomes for our students.
Delivered in partnership with HFL Education, delegates receive CPD and timely updates from external experts and time is given to hearing from practitioners, share ideas and work together on common challenges and are encouraged to invite relevant team members to attend specific sessions.
Themes will include - Improving Teaching and Learning; Ofsted preparation; Marketing and recruitment; Leading your team; Inclusion; Optimising your curriculum; building a great Sixth Form.
There will be three network/CPD sessions in Harrogate and a summer conference.
The cost of the Sixth Form Advantage Programme for 2026/27 is £495 per school (£445 for Red Kite Alliance members) to include access to all CPD sessions AND the annual summer conference for ALL relevant school colleagues.
Schools will be invoiced for their booking.
