You’re welcome to dress in whatever clothing makes you feel comfortable and at ease.

There is minimal physical activity in the final 20 minutes, involving light standing work and a few simple protective stances.

The Langton Room is at the top of the building via stair access

You’re very welcome to bring along your own refreshments if that helps you feel comfortable during the session

Good news — parking is easy. There’s a council car park close to the venue, and plenty of street parking nearby. We recommend arriving a little early to find a space comfortably.
