This day retreat is a culmination of our Element series; however, you do not need to have attended the sessions to attend.We will enjoy sound, movement, ritual, and community as we explore how we can incorporate the elements into our daily lives as we progress into the new year.
Through guided sound bath, expressive practices, and moments of shared reflection, you’ll integrate the elements — grounding into Earth’s strength, flowing with Water’s emotion, expanding with Air’s clarity, and igniting Fire’s transformation.
