Taking Care of the Temple: Join us for an evening of learning how to appreciate the bodies that God has given to each of us. We will hear from several experts about the importance of positive movement, and also explore what it means to have a healthy relationship with the food we put into our bodies. Please dress comfortable if you would like to participate in a short movement activity. We will have some healthy snacks and drinks available.
