Join Us for a Mala Bracelet Making & Guided Meditation Experience
We invite you to a special afternoon designed to nourish your spirit, ignite your creativity, and cultivate inner peace. Whether you’re a seasoned meditator or just beginning your journey, this class offers a perfect blend of mindfulness, crafting, and connection.
What to Expect:
✨ Mala Bracelet Making: You’ll be guided step-by-step in creating your very own mala bracelet—a beautiful, symbolic piece of jewelry made from healing stones and beads. As you assemble your bracelet, you’ll also connect with the energy of each stone, setting an intention for your practice.
🧘♀️ Guided Meditation: After your mala bracelet is complete, settle into a serene space for a gentle guided meditation. We will explore grounding techniques and mindful breathing, allowing you to deeply connect with your inner self.
