Join us as we celebrate one full year of Sis Walks & Talks, a growing sisterhood created to bring women together for healing, connection, and movement.

This special event is also a birthday celebration, making the day even more meaningful and joyful.

Expect an uplifting afternoon filled with movement, mindfulness, and community. We’ll begin with light activities that help us connect with our bodies and each other, including yoga, line dancing, and a relaxing sound bowl meditation to ground the experience.

This celebration is about honoring the journey of the past year new friendships, personal growth, and the power of women showing up for themselves and one another.

Guests will enjoy lite bites, music, and a beautiful celebratory atmosphere while connecting with other women in a supportive space.
