Relaxing Vibrations Spa and Element Salon 2010 have teamed up to bring you an invigorating wellness series. Starting in October!
Join Ursula and Francine every 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month starting with our first yoga class... Sips & Hips, where you'll enjoy 60 minutes of gentle hip opening yoga designed to increase flexibility, release tension, and bring balance to the body.
After a rejuvenating yoga session, treat yourself to an array of freshly pressed juices and sea moss blends that nourish the body from the inside out
What to bring: Please bring a yoga mat and water. You can also bring a journal or whatever makes you feel comfortable. We have limited bolsters, blocks and blankets.
What to wear: Wear clothing that allows easy movement and comfort.
