Since Zephyr Café arrived at The BAG, we’ve been proudly serving some of Squamish’s best brunches, lunches, and catered dinners. Now, as part of Squamish’s Sip & Savor series, we’re excited to present a three-course Pan-African dinner on November 16th & 17th - a culinary journey across the African continent featuring vibrant dishes from Ghana, Morocco, and Ethiopia.

As always, everything will be made fresh and in-house. If you’ve joined us for our previous dining series, you know this is an evening not to be missed. Doro Wat - slow-cooked chicken curry

Misir Wat - Red lentil stew

Gomen - Stir fried collard greens with garlic & chili

Kik Alicha — yellow split peas with turmeric & butter

Atkilt Alicha — cabbage, carrot & potato stew

Pickled Beetroot & Tomato Salad

Injera —Ethiopia’s signature fermented teff flatbread, light and spongy with a subtle tang, perfect for scooping stews and sharing around the table
