About this Event
We’ll meet at the Brackendale Art Gallery and convoy together down the Squamish Valley logging road (about 3 km). A 4x4 is not required—just a vehicle you’re comfortable driving on gravel. Participants are welcome to carpool from the gallery if they choose.
From there, we’ll hike 2 km through lush coastal forest to a beautiful cascading waterfall, the perfect setting to practice your new aerial skills.
You’ll learn to:
- Execute smooth, cinematic drone movements for both photography and video
- Master technical settings like exposure, color, and frame rate in dynamic light
- Compose compelling aerial shots with strong timing, flow, and storytelling
This intimate, small-group workshop is designed for creators who want to level up their drone work, gain hands-on experience in the field, and capture one of Squamish’s most stunning natural locations.
Bring your drone (with charged batteries and SD cards), hiking footwear, and a sense of adventure.
☔ Rain Policy: If weather conditions are too wet for safe drone flight, the workshop will be rescheduled to a new date. If you can’t make the new date, you’ll receive a full refund—no problem.
⚡ Limited to just 6 participants — reserve your spot today!
