Sing your cares away by joining our friendly singing sessions at The Courtyard. These sessions are born out of a desire to ease both physical and mental health issues by singing accessible songs together in a mutually supportive environment. We are in our fifth year of meeting together, and I believe these sessions have had a very positive effect on the lives of regular participants.
It is a drop-in event; it is not a choir; you can sing like a blackbird or a seagull - it simply doesn't matter.
