Singing Bowls & Birthstones (Wed, 3/11, 6-7:30pm)Come join us for a guided crystal bowl sound bath and meditation to clear, balance and re-energize! This experience will also further empower you with the energy of your birthstone. The hour long session will conclude with thirty minutes of intuitive guidance to heal and enlighten.
Attendees are encouraged to dress comfortably and bring yoga mats/pillows for added comfort. Come relax and de-stress with us!
This session includes a wearable bottle of crystal chips. Please email [email protected] to let them know your birth month for this program.
This event is being led by The Cat And Raven, an award-winning Crystal & Psychic Shop located in Westport's Central Village area.
