Shell Art for Mother's Day (Sat, 5/2, 10am-12pm)This is a great class for mothers and their children to take together to celebrate Mother's Day!
Learn how to create a beautiful art piece using shells, decoupage and paint. Decoupage is the art of decorating objects by cutting out paper or fabric designs and gluing them onto a surface, such as a shell. You then seal the piece with varnish or Mod Podge glue to create a smooth effect. Metallic paint can then be used to create more interest or detail.
All materials are included in the price of the class.
Who: Children, Teens & Adults (ages 8 & up)
*Children ages 8-12 who attend need to also be accompanied by a registered adult.
