Sing & Stroll @ Ashburton Park- International Women's Day

Approx. 1 -hr relaxed walk/loop of Ashburton Park, singing nature-based and uplifting short songs as a group at various points.

Option also to stay on in the Ashburton Hall Better Coffee Corner for an informal discussion and sharing on women's health (1-hour)- a relaxed hang out with cups of tea, sharing menopause and other hormone-related wisdoms, tips and skills, such a helpful wisdom from your family, a midlife exercise that supports us at this time of life, a new found hobby or more!

Catherine loves to sing in a group out in nature and to take time to notice details and feel held by natural small wonders. Her background is in caring, and professionally counselling and social work. She is also an experienced community singing leader. No experience is needed and people of all ages describe feeling relaxed and uplifted in the Sing and Stroll.

Info: Drinks can be purchased at the Ashburton Hall Better Coffee Corner (entrance via car park near Tenterden Road). This session will take place in the cafe or the enclosed Bar area if a larger group, if more privacy is required.
