Space, time, rest, peace and quiet. Vital for our wellbeing in a world that doesn't want to stop. An afternoon for slowing down, emptying, releasing, finding our way home to ourselves, to breathe deeply, to tune in to our intuition, to remember who we are and what we want for our life, and to find the space to create intentions. Simplicity, silence and sound. In a safe and comfortable environment.
To include a short meditation, slow, gentle, accessible restorative yoga with cushions, blankets, blocks and bolsters, as well as tea and cake, a guided relaxation and a simple, soulful sound bath to conclude.
Saturday 18 October 2pm to 5pm. £45.
