We'll be simply taking the time to come back home to ourselves, to nurture, stretch, relax, find gentle movement and some time to rest. A three-hour self-care retreat to reconnect mind, body and breath. Gentle yoga, breathwork, guided relaxation, restorative yoga with blankets, cushions, eye pillows, singing bowl, chimes and a chance to find space and peace, alone but together, in the wonderful Fenton's Community Centre in South Cerney with parking, beautiful light and tea and cake included. £45.
