NEWS FLASH ⚡️ SILENT RETREATS 2025! I'm thrilled to announce that my 2025 budget-friendly silent retreats will be held at Spencer Park in Christchurch on:
9 - 11 May 2025 (1pm Fri - 9am Sun)
8 - 10 August 2025 (1pm Fri - 9am Sun)
ONLY $195 all inclusive of:
- Deep Silence throughout
- 2 nights shared accommodation (6 beds per room, 5 rooms available, men & women accommodated seperately).
- 5 plant-based meals (GF available)
- 4 Yoga/Breathwork practices
- 2 guided seated meditations

We will be in the Koru Lodge, amid a 70Ha forested reserve and only 500m from the beach. A quiet time of year with regards to other patrons of the park. Excellent heating, large practice space.
