We are very proud to support Endometriosis NZ with their mission to support women, remove stigma and raise awareness to such a cruel illness. In Aotearoa alone we are 120.000 women dealing with this illness.
1 in 10 women, girls and those assigned female at birth, live with endometriosis, a condition that can cause many symptoms including: severe pain, painful periods, bowel issues, and fatigue, often going undiagnosed for up to a decade.
Help us help and create awareness to an invisible illness.
We are fundraising for them, our target is very small and we aim to SMASH IT!
Join this two hours of self love, relaxation, stillness and deep awareness.
We'll spend 120 minutes starting with a meditation and follow with a Nidra session designed to empower you but also to find deep relaxation and compassion.
We are asking for a minimum of $20
