Drawing from different cultural and religious festivals, Donna Roy will present a workshop and meditation to celebrate the arrival ofautumn.
In many cultures, autumn is considered a time of harvest
and abundance, but also of balance and letting go (like the falling
leaves). With a focus on the base (red) and sacral (orange) chakras
the meditation will be a journey of grounding, releasing, gratitude
and abundance. This an opportunity to nurture yourself amidst the
balance of light & dark and frost & warmth that autumn brings.
