Silent Meditation Retreat

Have you ever wondered what insights would come to you if you sat in silent meditation for a full day? What unresolved remembrances from your past would reconcile?
If so, you may have been equal parts intrigued and intimidated by the idea. During this full day retreat, you can benefit from the support of a group and your facilitator.

We will be sitting in the Soto Zen style, with a bit of walking meditation to break up the stillness.
At the conclusion of the 1` day silent meditation retreat, we will have a sound healing session (what The Center was designed for), and a group discussion of what came up through the day.
As an optional add- on, if you would like added clarity, you can stick around and the facilitator will help you do a deep dive assessment into each area of your life, to decide which areas you are feeling called to take action in.

Giselle of GG Empowers, your facilitator, is a life coach who has helped dozens of people set meaningful goals and action plans towards a life that feels more aligned and fulfilling.

This way you can create powerful momentum from the insights you have during our sit.

What to Bring: There is everything you need to sit and lay on at The Center, including blankets and pillows . You will need to bring lunch , water, and a journal and pen to write down your insights.
