She's lived that philosophy in real time, growing from employee to CEO of her own business while helping others do the same.
Off the stage, Valerie is a proud mom of three boys and has been married for 22 years. Her honest, no-frills approach to leadership has paved the way for genuine relationships in every room she walks into — and that's exactly what she brings to this stage.
When she is not building empires, you will find her rink-side as a proud hockey mom.
