• 9:00 AM – 9:30 AM – Open networking & wrap-up conversations

Registration Policy
All registrations are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable. Registrations cannot be transferred to another person or used for another Speed Networking Kingston event on a different date than originally registered and purchased.

Attendance
Participants are encouraged to arrive 10–15 minutes early to allow time for check-in and networking preparation. Late arrivals may miss part of the event experience and cannot be guaranteed full participation once the program has started.

No-Shows
If you are unable to attend after registering, your registration will be considered a no-show and your spot cannot be refunded, transferred, or credited toward a future event.

Event Changes
Speed Networking Kingston reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments to the event format, schedule, venue, or facilitator if necessary to ensure the best experience for attendees.

Event Cancellation
In the unlikely event that Speed Networking Kingston must cancel an event, registered participants will be notified and provided with the option of a refund or transfer to a future event, at the organizer’s discretion.

Professional Conduct
Speed Networking Kingston is designed to create a respectful, professional, and inclusive networking environment. Participants are expected to interact courteously and respectfully with all attendees. The organizer reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive, inappropriate, or disrespectful without refund.
