Enjoy a heartfelt celebration of The Tragically Hip’s legacy in Kingston, with archival videos and clips on the big screen, Music Walking Tours, and a Merch Market supporting local musicians and makers. Plus a free screening at 8 pm of Long Time Running (2017), the documentary of The Tragically Hip’s emotional last cross-Canada tour and hometown concert.
👉 Saturday, August 22 | 7 pm: Concert viewing party of The Tragically Hip: A National Celebration
Ten years after The Tragically Hip’s historic fi nal hometown concert, Kingston relives one of Canada’s most unforgettable musical moments. Gather in the Square for a viewing celebration of CBC’s commercial-free rebroadcast of The Tragically Hip: A National Celebration. Plus, the release of the band’s new live album, Live July 22 – August 20, 2016.
