SHEBOX

SHEBOX is a women and girls-only boxing class designed to build confidence, fitness, and boxing skills in a supportive and welcoming environment. Funded by the City of Westminster, this session is open to all abilities — no prior boxing experience needed.

📍 Location: Academy Sport
🕕 Time: Every Friday, 6:00–7:00pm

Sessions include boxing fundamentals, pad work, skipping, and conditioning, led by experienced coaches.

🥊 Equipment provided: Gloves, mitts, and skipping ropes
🎒 Optional: You’re welcome to bring your own equipment if preferred
