Your journey starts here! She Tris Sprint Triathlon, all women's and all girls events, are designed for all skill levels, ages and backgrounds to experience triathlons in an encouraging environment.
Join us at all our events in 2025 in the following cities: Mount Pleasant (SC), South Charlotte (NC), Chapel Hill (NC), and Summerville (SC), Huntersville (NC) and Winterville (NC). She Tris Carnes Crossroads takes place in the newly developed and growing area of Carnes Crossroads in Summerville, SC. There are also events (in person and virtual) for girls ages 4+.
When you sign up for a She Tris Girls event you receive:
Informative clinics
Group support during your training
She Tris swim cap
She Tris shirt
Finish line photos
Finishers keepsake
SWIM:
The swim is a pool swim in the HFFA pool. Girls will be provided with a swim cap if you choose to wear it.
BIKE:
The course is and out and back for the younger girls and 2 loops for ages 10 and above. The roads are closed to traffic for the girls event.
RUN:
The run course is a point to point run with the run finishing across the street at the recreation complex where the music, spectators and fun will be cheering you in!
GIRL'S DISTANCES
4-6 YEAR OLDS:
25 yard swim, 1 mile bike, 1 mile run
7-9 YEAR OLDS:
50 yard swim, 1 mile bike, 1 mile run
10-12 YEAR OLDS:
100 yard swim, 2 mile bike, 1.5 mile run
13-14 YEAR OLDS:
100 yard swim, 2 mile bike, 1.5 mile run

VIRTUAL OPTIONS
Complete the triathlon distances anywhere anytime on September 28th 2025. Virtual participants can upload their times, but they will not be included in awards. A finisher certificate will be available for download. All virtual participants may choose to pick up their packets locally or they will be mailed in mid September. Times should be submitted by 11:59 pm on September 28th.
The mission of She Tris is to create a welcoming and supportive triathlon environment for women and girls who want to complete a triathlon, regardless of their level of experience. By tackling the challenge of triathlon, we believe our participants will feel empowered to take on other challenges in life, be it personal or professional, and that the impact of She Tris will reach beyond the finish line into the lives of these women and those they influence along the way.
