Get ready for your triathlon with confidence, fun, and sprinkles on top! The She Tris Girls’ Clinic is the perfect way for young triathletes to learn the ins and outs of triathlon — from setting up their gear to previewing the course — all in a fun, supportive environment.Clinic Highlights:
🎽 Transition Practice
Kids will learn how to move smoothly from swim to bike and bike to run, with step-by-step coaching and hands-on practice. We'll cover how to set up your transition area, put on your shoes, and rack your bike like a pro!
📍 Course Preview
Walk or bike through sections of the official girls’ course to build familiarity and boost event-day confidence. We’ll point out key landmarks and review what to expect on each leg of the event.
🏅 Kid-Friendly Coaching
Our fun and encouraging coaches will lead age-appropriate instruction, answer questions, and cheer the kids on every step of the way.
🍦 Ice Cream Social!
Celebrate your hard work with a cool treat! After the clinic, stick around for a sweet social with other young athletes and their families. Because what’s better than ice cream after a workout?
