I help tech companies increase the number of people who use their software and stay on. I am a software product specialist and technology operator with 22 years of experience building, shipping, and optimising digital platforms. My career includes nine years at Meta, where I managed product lifecycles across the entire spectrum of scale: from specialised products for 3,000 people to global systems serving over three billion people, operating within high-speed environments.
Outside of my core product career, I am a former elected borough councillor and the founder of Black Women in Tech, a professional Facebook community of over 50,000 members built entirely through organic growth.

The presentation offers early-stage founders a practical framework for reducing day-one user churn by optimizing initial app experiences. By conducting a guided audit of the onboarding journey and addressing core friction points, founders can ensure their products retain users effectively from the very first interaction.
