Air Evolve Summit 2026 is a free, one day, in-person event for financial advisers, practice owners and advice business leaders who want to use AI and technology more effectively.
Join Air CEO Will Hale, AI and technology expert Alpesh Doshi, and advisers from across the market for live demonstrations, hands-on workshops and real-world examples focused on saving time, improving client communication and creating more capacity within your business.

Drawing on more than 25 years of experience in technology and business transformation, Alpesh will explore how AI is changing financial advice and demonstrate accessible ways it could help firms reduce repetitive work, improve communication and create more time for valuable client conversations.

Adopt is for advisers and firms that are new to AI or still building their understanding. You’ll explore accessible tools, practical first steps and the controls needed to use AI responsibly.
Scale is for firms already using AI and ready to go further. You’ll explore more advanced workflows, marketing and client-engagement opportunities, and ways to extend AI use across your business.
Both routes will include operational and marketing sessions, practical exercises and actions you can take back to the office.

Info: The day will officially begin with a welcome address from Will Hale, CEO of Air.
Will Hale will introduce the Air Evolve Summit, set the scene for the day and explore the key themes of AI, technology and the future of financial advice.
He will provide an insight into how Air is embracing and adopting AI and emerging technologies across the business, including how these innovations are helping to shape the way we work and support advisers.
The keynote will also look ahead at the opportunities AI and technology present for advisers, exploring how these developments could enhance efficiency, improve the client experience and transform the day-to-day advice process. This opening session will set the tone for the conversations, demonstrations and insights taking place throughout the rest of the summit.

Drawing on real-world examples and practical applications, he will demystify AI and demonstrate how it can be used to enhance advice businesses of all sizes.

Info: To ensure every attendee gains the most value from the summit, we will be running two dedicated workshop tracks. Delegates will be able to assigned to the stream that best suits their current experience with AI and technology.
The Adopt track is ideal for beginners looking to get started with AI, while the Scale track is tailored for users who currently use AI and Technology and want to maximise the value of the technology they already use.
Each track will include a blend of operational and marketing sessions, ensuring advisers gain practical insights they can apply across their business. Sessions will be interactive, outcome-focused and centred on delivering tangible takeaways that attendees can put into practice as soon as they return to the office.
