We are so excited to bring you this She Rises experience, curated especially for the Lions Gate portal, one of the most powerful energetic windows of the year. It is a time to boldly lean into your deepest desires and bring them forward with clarity, decisiveness, and momentum.

On Saturday 8th August, we gather at the peak of Lions Gate (8/8), when the star Sirius rises alongside the Sun in Leo. This brings a season full of courage, leadership, and the demand to be seen in your authentic power.
This afternoon is your intentional pause. It is a chance to step out of the busyness, put down the responsibility, and get honest about what you are really building, so you can lead from clarity instead of exhaustion.
The Experience
Guided by Self-Leadership Coach Sina Mikaio, we will move through three powerful pillars to harness the Lions Gate energy:
Movement (The Release) - Before we can build, we must make space. Through gentle somatic movement, you will arrive in your body, quiet the external noise, and physically release the accumulated tension and pressure you no longer wish to carry.
Mindset (The Courage) - With the noise quieted, we will use guided reflection to examine the heavy expectations, perfectionism, and "good girl" habits that keep you playing small. You will shed the masks you wear for others and reconnect with your deepest truth.
Manifestation (The Illumination) - True manifestation is not magic; it requires both clarity and aligned action. You will step into the high-frequency energy of 8/8 to articulate exactly what you are calling in for your life and leadership. You will leave the room not just with a wish, but with a grounded, courageous commitment to take concrete steps toward your intention.
We don't just hope for things to happen. We get clear, and then we take decisive action.
