Join me in my Hove art studio for “Shapes & Calm” — a mindful collaging experience for adults.
This session is designed to help you slow down, log off, and take a time for yourself.

Using simple prompts, we’ll focus on the process and benefits of collaging — rather than being “good” at art.

The session will begin and end with a short guided mindfulness meditation - you’re welcome to join in, or feel free to use this time to browse our selection of wellbeing books, or journal.

A chance to de-stress, rest your mind, and enjoy a screen-free activity in a welcoming space.

All materials provided, along with tea and biscuits.

Important venue information: Our studio is located on the third floor, sorry there is no lift.

Session schedule:
11.00–11.15 — Arrive, settle in, tea & refreshments
11.15–11.30 — Introduction + short guided mindfulness practice "finding your anchor" (5-min)
11.30–12.30 — Mindful collaging with gentle prompts
12.30–12.45 — Wind-down + guided mindfulness practice "releasing tension" (10-min)
