Using ancient Himalayan singing bowls, frame drum, bells, Sanskrit mantra, and long moments of silence, he creates a quiet space where your body can truly rest. The sounds unfold slowly through simple, repeating patterns, giving your mind nothing to chase and nowhere to be.
