This course will help you to heal your trauma, break through your limiting beliefs, improve your relationships, and embody your authentic self. Shadow work is a necessary part of personal development and trauma healing.
Be sure to bring a journal and a pen with you to each session as you will be taking notes.
This Course will be 5 sessions.
$20 per session/ $90 for all 5
