WPBS-TV is proud to offer a free 90-minute basic self-defense course in our studio at 1056 Arsenal Street, now rescheduled for Monday, January 20th, 2025, 6:30-8:00pm. Master Wiest of the Tae Kwon Do Training Center, LLC will teach basic self-defense techniques that attendees of various skill levels, genders and sizes will be able to understand and perform at the end of the class. Minimum age to attend is 16. Class is limited - Registration required.
