WOW 8 years!!!! 8 years of fun, 8 years of meeting new people and making new friends!
Our theme this year will be Masquerade, so get those masks, gowns and dancing shoes ready!
We are a girl's weekend event so we will not be doing a ball as that would constitute the need of men which is not what this weekend is about, however we will be doing a Masquerade dinner show with comedian Joel Lindley on Saturday. Joel is from Rochester and headlines on Carnival Cruise lines.
We will not be doing the decorate the hall this year as the hotel did not approve. We will post a schedule of events for the weekend on the page as soon as we have all in order.
YOU MUST BE 21 or older & NO KIDS ALLOWED!!! LADIES ONLY unless you are a vendor or entertainer!!! The hotel is not closed to only us so there will be other guests at hotel that may be men or children however they will not have access to the private vendor areas or the private show areas. This event is NOT open to the public and you MUST purchase a room package to attend with us NOT the hotel.
You will not gain access to any of the GW festivities if you book through the hotel so do NOT call them you MUST email us at [email protected] for reservations or call us at 315-529-4893.
Check in begins at 4pm Friday and checkout is at 12pm on Sunday There will be only 2 -night packages available as this is per the request of the hotel in order for us to keep the cost down to what we are used to.
Shopping with vendors will be 4pm-8:00pm on Friday and 10am-4pm on Saturday. Private room vendors may vend as early as 3pm on Friday and go as late as they choose past 4pm on both Friday and Saturday.
Each guest will receive a goody bag with an event t-shirt, a vendor passport to get initialed by all vendors to be entered into a giveaway, extra garbage bags to help with room cleanup & a weekend itinerary(room captain bag only), a vendor map listing where all vendors will be located, a special sweet treat from Sam & Deb as a thank you for attending our event, a vendor vote card for best decorated vendor in theme contest, a pen, meal tickets, wrist bands for all shows, and an ID badge which you MUST wear at all times in order to receive GW services and to be allowed into shows and to get meals. Each room will receive a pepperoni, cheese, & cracker plate.
Breakfast is included & will be served both Saturday & Sunday mornings from 6am-11am in the dining room.
Dinner is also included; we will be doing a taco bar buffet on Friday from 5:30-7pm & dinner buffet on Saturday w/comedy show from 6pm-8pm.
It’s highly recommended you make appointments in advance as much as possible with all vendors doing classes or providing a service and be mindful of all entertainment and show times when making appointments. We will post a list of all service vendors and classes once we have all info.
You will NOT be refunded if you cancel less than 4 weeks from event unless WE cancel the event. Deposit is NON_REFUNDABLE!
After March 1st if you have anyone drop out and replace with another, we can't guarantee them a shirt, but we always do our best to get them one.
Check out is 11am on Sunday. There are no activities or vendors on Sunday there will be breakfast and checkout only.
