Maple Weekend Activities• Enjoy free samples of our maple syrup, Maple Cream, Maple Candy, Maple Pecans, and our delicious cinnamon-infused maple syrup!
• Visit our modern sugar shanty, where you'll have the chance to watch maple syrup being made. See the full process from receiving the sap, filtering, reverse osmosis, to boiling it down on our 4x16 oil-fired evaporator.
• Take part in our Tree Tapping Clinic, where you and your family can learn how to tap a tree and explore different sap collection methods (bags, buckets, tubing).
• Free soft-serve maple ice cream to sweeten your experience!
• A variety of maple products will be available for purchase, including freshly made maple syrup, cinnamon-infused maple syrup, maple cream, maple candy, maple sugar, and Maple Glazed Pecans!
