On Saturday, March 21, the Commercial Break Marketplace transforms Commercial Street (between Kearny & Montgomery) into a lively pop-up street market featuring local vendors, street performances, and interactive activities.

The marketplace runs from 12pm–6pm, offering visitors a chance to explore Chinatown while enjoying:

• Food vendors and street snacks
• Arts & crafts and pop-up shopping
• Live street music
• Free Feng Shui consultations
• A family-friendly kids play area

From 1pm–3pm, the event will also host Singles Party Round 2, a fun social gathering designed for Chinese bilingual singles ages 25–40 to meet new friends through interactive games and small-group conversations.
