Participants will gain practical tools and evidence-based strategies to support open dialogue, normalize sexual challenges, and foster deeper intimacy. Emphasis will be placed on sex-positive, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive approaches to help couples strengthen connection and prioritize pleasure in their relationships.
